Terms & Conditions

Our minimum charge is 1 hour, after the first hour we charge every 30 minutes (half of hourly
rate/ 30 minutes).

Payment is accepted via CASH or EFTPOS or Internet Banking (on trucks). 3% surcharge for
all credit card payments applies.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they provide safe and secure access
(driveway/pathway/parking/etc) to the property.

There will be an extra charge of $60.00 each item for any extra-heavy/oversize items such as
Pool table, Piano etc. It is the customer's responsibility to let us know in advance if they have
any items of such nature.

All goods are carried at Owner's Risk only. This means the carrier shall not pay any
compensation for the loss of or damage to any goods, except where the loss or damage is
intentionally caused by the carrier. Please have your insurance organized. Please organize
your own insurance.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they provide safe and secure access
(driveway/pathway/parking/etc.) to the property. If there are any bridges on the way,
customers should inform us of any weight restrictions on that bridge at the time of booking.

If the access is bad, we may need to shift items using trailers or by adding an extra moving
team and it would incur additional cost which needs to be borne by the customer.

If you cancel within 7 days of your booking for hourly price jobs minimum 3 hours of fee will
be incurred and for fixed price jobs the full amount will be forfeited . If you cancel within 14
days of your booking, then half of the above mentioned will be forfeited.

Full payment required on completion or before depending upon the condition mentioned
above. If not, late fee of $100.00 + GST applies and will continue to be charged every 24 hrs
(capping at @ $500.00).

All defaulting accounts will be referred to third-party debt collectors at defaulter’s expense.
Unless specified above prices are exclusive of GST and are quoted for 2 guys + truck.
Should any glass item break unless factory packed or electrical appliances fail to operate after
transit, the company does not take any liability.

If any bridge has limited capacity or has weight restriction and a second vehicle is used in a
small truck/trailer the hourly rate will apply and all the additional cost incurred in this will be
charged to the customer regardless of it being a fixed price or hourly job.

If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the company withholds the right to
delay the customer’s booking by 2 hours without waiving any fees. Should the service be
delayed more than 2 hours, the customer will be notified and will come to an agreement at the
company’s discretion.

Misconduct and unacceptable behaviour with any staff member(s) may result in the
customer’s booking being terminated, at the company’s discretion.
Any sort of refunds if done they will be strictly done in the same bank account where it came
